El Encanto’s two-bedroom bungalows are designed to take advantage of hillside views and cool ocean breezes. Each Bungalow is built with a complete kitchen, dining room, and living room. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms. The simple, open floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows bring people together by uniting the indoor spaces with spacious decks. Bungalows are perfect for socializing and taking in great views of the Pacific, from Costa Rica to Punta Majagual in the north.
Bungalows can be built on any lot, however, those built as Mesas Bungalows package deals will be just down the hill from the world-famous TreeCasa Resort. This means easy access to the social benefits of the Clubhouse pool, restaurant, and bar for residents and their guests.
